Booking & Payment Policy
- All booking amounts are non-refundable.
- Your slot is confirmed only after the booking deposit is received.
- Failure to complete payment within the specified timeline may result in automatic cancellation without refund.
Prohibited Substances
- The use or possession of narcotics, banned substances, fireworks or toxic items during the trip is strictly prohibited.
- Participants found in violation are solely responsible for any legal consequences arising from such actions.
Conduct & Behaviour
- Participants are expected to maintain respectful behaviour throughout.
- Organisers reserve the right to remove any traveller without refund for misbehaviour, violation of trip rules, or harassment/misconduct towards co-travellers or staff.
Personal Belongings
- Participants are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings at all times; organisers are not liable for loss, theft or damage.
- All participants must carry a valid passport during the trip.
Liability Disclaimer
- The organisers are not responsible for injury, loss of property, theft, or additional expenses arising from accidents, weather conditions, transport delays or breakdowns, strikes or political closures, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond their control.
- In the event of a transport breakdown, participants may need to wait until repairs are completed; backup transport may not be immediately available, and certain activities may be modified or cancelled if destinations cannot be reached on time.
Itinerary Changes
- The trip organiser reserves the right to modify the itinerary based on real-time conditions, including force majeure.
- No refunds are provided for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond the organisers' control — including weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions. Where possible, alternate activities may be arranged, but refunds will not apply.
